PT. Pancamanah Utama was founded on August 21, 1999, and received a recruitment and placement license for Indonesian Workers from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia in November 1999, updated on May 31, 2000, and in accordance with the law of the Republic of Indonesia number 39 of 2004 concerning Placements and protection of Indonesian workers abroad, the company held an additional working capital of 3 billion and renewed the license on March 13, 2007, until the last license was issued in accordance with the Decree of the Indonesian Minister of Manpower no.166 in 2017.
In January 2000 we started recruitment and placement with construction companies in Malaysia and until now Malaysia has been our main market for Indonesian labor placement in sectors of construction and factories.
In July 2001 we were looking for placement markets for Middle East countries such as Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates. However, the market did not fit with our expectations, but we will keep trying until we get to that market.
In October 2005 we shifted our focus to placing informal workers or Housekeepers (PLRT) in the Asia Pacific region, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei Darussalam. These markets have been very promising and have continued to perform well.
Based on our experiences in the field of recruitment, training, and placement of Indonesian Workers in Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, and Middle East Countries (Formal Workers), we believe that we can serve migrant workers better. We currently understand the needs of highly qualified workers and strive to provide schedule basis and back-up in the event of incidents such as labor disputes or problems at work.
